Oscillating Halogen Quartz Heaters: Focused Heat for the Jobs That Need It
We built this oscillating heater around a halogen quartz tube that’s all about high-density heat in a small footprint. It’s for the moments on the shop floor when you need intense, focused warmth in a tight spot—plastic welding, sealing packaging, or curing a specific area. The whole point is simple: pack a lot of heat into a compact space.
Power that hits hard—fast
This unit runs at 2500W off a 400V supply. That combo means the temperature climbs quickly, so your cycles don’t drag. The 300mm tube concentrates the heat into a precise zone, giving you control over exactly where the warmth lands without having to run a bigger setup than necessary. And the 10mm tube diameter keeps the profile slim, so it slips into crowded machine frames without fighting for space.
Built to stay steady when things get hot
The quartz envelope takes thermal shock in stride and stays stable even when the temperature climbs. Inside, the halogen fill shields the filament, helping the heater last longer and keeping output consistent over time. Installation is clean and quick, thanks to the R7s connector—just slide it in and wire it up, no tools needed. And the oscillating motion spreads the heat evenly across the target, smoothing out hot spots so your results stay repeatable.
Tough on the floor, easy in the workflow
This setup is made for industrial work. It takes the grind, starts fast, and holds temperature even when the load changes. If you already use R7s-equipped systems, this drops right in. One thing to keep in mind: with 2500W of density, you’ll want to plan for proper cooling and insulation to keep ambient heat from building up. Plan for it, and the heater just does its job—quietly, reliably, and right where you need it.
